OVER 40 YEARS OF HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE
Starting out in the industry as a dishwasher at the age of 15 set the stage for a career in hospitality and a passion for service, quality, and people. After attending the University of Wisconsin - Stout studying Hotel & Restaurant Management, I went on to lead several high volume full-service operations for Lettuce Entertain You, Arlington International Racecourse, Biaggi's Ristorante' Italiano and independents where I discovered what a true passion for service meant first hand.
In 2007 I transitioned to a career in hospitality recruiting where I utilize my hands-on leadership and people skills to connect high-quality passive leaders with successful companies throughout the country.
With a lifelong career and passion for the hospitality industry, I understand the needs of a successful service orientated business and the next leadership hire. Time is valuable and I do the homework before the search begins based on expectations, culture and job description in order to present the best person for the position, company, and culture.
